3. Delivery times<\/h3>\n

  • Preparation and dispatch: {{DIAS_DESPACHO}} business days after payment is confirmed (or after the cash-on-delivery order is confirmed).<\/li>\n
  • Transport: {{DIAS_ENTREGA}} business days depending on the destination city.<\/li>\n
  • Some products are shipped by partner suppliers from other cities. If your order includes products from different origins, it may arrive in separate shipments and on different dates, at no additional cost to you.<\/li>\n
  • Times are estimates. They may vary due to peak seasons, public order issues, weather or carrier difficulties.<\/li>\n
  • We will send you the tracking number so you can follow your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. When you receive your order<\/h3>\n

    • Check that the package arrives without visible damage. If it is open, torn or wet, let us know the same day at {{WHATSAPP}} or {{EMAIL}} and, if you can, take photos or video when you open it.<\/li>\n
    • If nobody receives the order, the carrier will make the delivery attempts set out in its policy. After that it may return it to origin.<\/li>\n
    • Make sure the address and phone number are correct. If the order is returned because of incorrect details, we can resend it, charging the freight again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Cash on delivery<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Available in the cities and municipalities and up to the maximum amount we indicate in the cart.<\/li>\n
      • You pay when you receive the order, by the method the carrier offers. Have the full amount ready.<\/li>\n
      • We may contact you to confirm the order before shipping it. If we cannot confirm it, we do not ship it.<\/li>\n
      • If you repeatedly refuse or do not receive a cash-on-delivery order without justified cause, we may limit this payment method for future purchases.<\/li>\n
      • If you exercise withdrawal or warranty on a cash-on-delivery purchase, we refund your money by bank transfer, Nequi or the method you prefer. We need you to give us the account details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Right of withdrawal (change of mind)<\/h3>\n

        Since these are distance purchases, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving reasons, within five (5) business days after the order is delivered. To do so:<\/p>\n

        • Write to us at {{EMAIL}} or {{WHATSAPP}} within that period, stating your order number.<\/li>\n
        • The product must be unused, unopened, with its seal, packaging and original labels, and in the same condition in which you received it.<\/li>\n
        • You bear the cost of return transport.<\/li>\n
        • Once we receive and check the product, we refund all the money paid for the product, without discounts or deductions, within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from when you exercise the withdrawal. You can choose the payment method for the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Exceptions.<\/strong> The law excludes withdrawal for goods for personal use and for goods that by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate, among others. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept withdrawal for cosmetic, personal care, perfumery and nail products that have been opened, used, tested or had their safety seal removed.<\/p>\n

          7. Exchanges<\/h3>\n

          If you got the shade or size wrong, write to us within {{DIAS_CAMBIO}} business days after receiving the order. We accept exchanges of sealed, unused products in their original packaging, subject to availability of the product you want to swap for. If the exchange is due to a personal preference, you bear the shipping both ways.<\/p>\n

          8. Legal warranty and defective products<\/h3>\n

          All our products have a legal warranty of quality, suitability and safety, under the terms of the Estatuto del Consumidor. This applies even if the product is open, because it concerns a defect and not a change of mind. You can claim the warranty if the product:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • arrived damaged, spilled, broken, expired or with a broken seal,<\/li>\n
          • does not match what you ordered (another product, shade or quantity),<\/li>\n
          • has a quality defect (for example, an obviously altered smell, texture or color) or does not meet the conditions stated at the time of sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            How to claim: write to us at {{EMAIL}} or {{WHATSAPP}} as soon as possible, with your order number, photos or video of the product and packaging, and the batch number if shown. In these cases, we bear the cost of shipping the return or replacement. Depending on the case, we offer repair or replacement of the product or a refund.<\/p>\n

            The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or improper storage, nor a product not giving you the result you expected when there is no defect. If you had a reaction to a product, stop using it, consult a health professional and tell us: keep the product and its packaging.<\/p>\n

            9. Payment reversal<\/h3>\n

            If you paid by card, PSE or another electronic method and there was fraud, you did not receive the product, you received something different from what you ordered or a defective product, you can request a reversal of the payment. You must file the claim with us and with your financial institution within five (5) business days after you learn of the event.<\/p>\n

            10. Cancellation before dispatch<\/h3>\n

            If we have not yet shipped your order, write to us and we will cancel it with a full refund of what you paid.<\/p>\n

            11. Contact and claims<\/h3>\n
