Some products are from our own inventory and others are shipped by partner suppliers from other cities in Colombia. In both cases, the Store is responsible to you for your purchase.<\/p>\n Always read the label and instructions. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, are pregnant or have a health condition, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area and consulting a health professional before using a new product. Stop use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if necessary.<\/p>\n You choose the products, add them to the cart, enter your details and delivery address, and choose the payment method. After paying (or confirming the cash-on-delivery order) you receive an email or message with the summary. The purchase is completed when we confirm the order. You can ask us for the invoice or the corresponding equivalent document.<\/p>\n If you pay by electronic means and have a problem (fraud, you did not receive the order, you received something different from what you ordered or a defective product), you have the right to request a reversal of the payment. You must file the claim with us and with your financial institution within five (5) business days after you learn of the event.
