What data we collect<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification and contact data: name, identity document (when required for invoicing or shipping), email, phone and WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery and billing data: address, city, department and delivery notes.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase data: products, amounts, payment method and order history.<\/li>\n<li>Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and browsing data through cookies (see the <a href=\"\/en\/aviso-de-cookies\/\">Cookie notice<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Payment data (card, bank account, Nequi) is processed directly by Wompi. We do not store full card numbers or passwords.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not ask for sensitive data (for example, health data). If you tell us in a message about a skin condition or an allergy to ask for a recommendation, that is sensitive information that you are not obliged to give us and that we will only use to handle that inquiry.<\/p>\n<h3>3. What we use your data for (purposes)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process, charge, ship and deliver your orders.<\/li>\n<li>Invoice and comply with accounting and tax obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Handle inquiries, warranties, exchanges, returns, withdrawals and claims.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm orders (especially cash on delivery) and prevent fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Send you information about the status of your order.<\/li>\n<li>Only if you authorize it separately: send you offers, news and promotions by email or WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<li>Improve the site and the shopping experience (usage statistics, only with your consent when non-essential cookies are used).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Authorization<\/h3>\n<p>We process your data with your prior, express and informed authorization, which we ask for when you create your account or place an order (box unchecked by default) or when you write to us. Authorization to receive marketing is separate and optional: it is not a condition for buying. You can revoke it at any time, unless there is a legal or contractual duty requiring the data to be kept. We keep proof of your authorization.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Who we share your data with<\/h3>\n<p>Only with those we need in order to fulfill your order and legal obligations, and under confidentiality duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carriers and logistics operators, to deliver your order.<\/li>\n<li>Partner suppliers (dropshipping), who ship products from other cities and receive your name, phone, address and the products purchased.<\/li>\n<li>Wompi and financial institutions, to process payments.<\/li>\n<li>Technology providers (site hosting, email, messaging and support tools) acting as data processors.<\/li>\n<li>Authorities, when the law requires it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not sell your data. Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Colombia. In that case we require adequate levels of protection in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Your rights as a data subject<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Access, update and rectify your data.<\/li>\n<li>Request proof of the authorization you gave us.<\/li>\n<li>Be informed about how we use your data.<\/li>\n<li>File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) for violations of the law.<\/li>\n<li>Revoke the authorization and\/or request deletion of your data when legal principles and guarantees are not respected, or when it is no longer necessary and there is no legal duty to keep it.<\/li>\n<li>Access your personal data that has been processed, free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. How to exercise your rights: inquiries and claims<\/h3>\n<p>Write to {{EMAIL}} (subject: &#8220;Personal data&#8221;) or via WhatsApp at {{WHATSAPP}}, stating your name, ID document, contact details and what you are requesting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inquiries:<\/strong> we answer them within a maximum of ten (10) business days. If we cannot, we will tell you the reason and the new date, which will not exceed five (5) additional business days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Claims<\/strong> (correction, update, deletion or revocation): if the claim is incomplete, we ask you to complete it within five (5) days of receiving it. We resolve it within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days. If we cannot, we will inform you of the reason and the new date, which will not exceed eight (8) additional business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may go to the SIC only after having exhausted this procedure with us.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Security and retention<\/h3>\n<p>We apply reasonable measures to protect your data (restricted access, encrypted connections, passwords). We keep your data while you have a relationship with us and for as long as commercial, accounting and tax regulations require, and then we delete or anonymize it.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Minors<\/h3>\n<p>The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us so we can delete it.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Changes to this policy<\/h3>\n<p>If we change this policy substantially, we will notify you through the site or by email. The current version will always be published here.<\/p>\n<h3>11. Validity<\/h3>\n<p>This policy is in force from {{FECHA}}.
